Can I track my online order?

Yes, all items ordered online are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 hours. You will automatically receive email and text updates on your order through this service.

How long will delivery be?

We aim to ship items by the next day working day. Therefore items should arrive within 3 working days. 

What is the price of delivery?

We offer free UK delivery for order over £50, orders under £50 will incur a £3.95 shipping cost.

What is the returns policy?

  • If unsuitable, items should be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with tags still attached.
  • Earrings & face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items cannot be returned
  • As we are a small independent boutique we unfortunately cannot offer a free returns service
To initiate a return please follow the below steps:
  1. Send us an email or message via facebook to let us know which item you are returning and your order number.
  2. Seal your item in a postage bag (you can re-use the one it arrived in)
  3. Add an address label as below:
    1. DC Boutique, 1-2 Cherry Tree Court, Kirby Muxloe, Leicester, LE9 2LQ
  4. Take your package to your local postage office and obtain proof of postage. We advise you use 2nd class signed for service for returns as we will not be held liable for missing parcels.
  5. Once we receive the item back we will check it over and process your refund within 2 working days, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account.

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

Hopefully this won’t happen but don’t worry if it does, we will refund or exchange (if possible) your item. Please send us an email requesting a return to info@dcboutique.co.uk. Alternatively you can message us on our Facebook Page - https://www.facebook.com/dcboutique.uk


Will you be restocking products?

We like to keep our stock fresh and exciting so unfortunately we don't always restock items that sell out. Occasionally we will restock if we have high demand for a particular product but there is no guarantee for this.

What size is one size?

A lot of our styles are one size, however, these do vary. In the product description for each of our products we have put the suggested sizes that we think each product will be the best fit.

Can I redeem a gift voucher online?

Yes, if purchased online.
